Do you come out to the property ahead of time?
Yes, we will make a site visit to measure, confirm general layout of tables, ceremony space and go over your timeline etc prior to the wedding day.
What if I don’t have a backyard? Can it be in someone else's yard?
That's okay! Do your parents, grandparents, siblings or even a family friend have an outdoor space?
When do I have to be ready to accept delivery and set up?
Delivery/Set up team must have the option to set up tables and chairs/benches or bistro lighting the day prior to the event. The florals and decor will be delivered and styled the day of the event.
What time can my wedding start?
Your event can begin anytime after 4pm. We will arrive prior to the wedding start time to deliver/set up!
What time will the wedding end?
That's up to you! The beauty of having the wedding at your property is that you determine when you’re ready to call it a night! Our tear down team will arrive before 10am the morning after the event.
Do I need a tent?
We love the look of dining under the stars, but we would suggest having a tent as a back up due to the possibility of inclement weather. We have a great preferred vendor for you! Check out our vendor list!
Who do you recommend for catering?
We have a list of fantastic restaurants and caterers in the area for you! But you can use anyone you’d like to!
Who does the dishes? And who clears the tables?
We request that the plates be rinsed of food and placed back into the catering racks before pick up the following day. We will leave all of the storage and catering racks on site for easy clean up.
Do I get to choose my floral color palette?
Yes! We have two options. You can choose a neutral palette of whites, creams, beiges with lush foliage or you can choose a seasonal colorful palette which could include pinks, purples, blues, yellows or any other color of the rainbow etc. We will create completely one of a kind organic and textural arrangements that you and your loved ones will drool over! Trust us! Once you’ve booked a date you will speak with Sara of Beck&Forth Co to select your color palette!
What about videography? Can we add that on?
Yes,of course! There is nothing more special than being able to relive your wedding day than through video. Reilley Photography offers videography on top of their photography packages. Video can be added onto any of our three packages.
What is included in the place setting per person?
We include the following for each guest: 1- 10.5” white dinner plate, 1- 7.5” appetizer plate, 1- 7.5” dessert plate, 1- footed water glass, 1- stemmed wine glass, 1- silver butter knife, 1- silver dinner fork, 1-silver dessert fork and 1- silver teaspoon, 1- 17”x17” white linen napkin
**We also offer glass coffee mugs, blue vintage glass goblets, and rocks glasses as a la carte items if requested.
Can we use the bistro chairs or the benches for our ceremony space as well?
Yes, of course. The chairs and benches may be used for both the ceremony seating and the reception seating. Our team will set the benches and chairs* at the dinner tables upon delivery. If you would like to then move the benches or chairs you may.
Do you offer bridesmaids bouquets, corsages or additional boutonieers?
Yes, we offer those as a la carte items. Please see the attached pricing menu for those add on options.
Can I use other vendors?
The current packages we are offering include pre-determined list of vendors, Beck & Forth co., Gina Marie Calligraphy and Reilley Photography. The packages are curated and crafted based on each vendors specialties bringing together a cohesive design, let us do the heavy lifting! You most definitely can use other vendors for items that are not included in the curated packages.
